Don't Call it a Station Wagon

BMW has unveiled their new 3-series bodystyle at the 83rd annual Geneva Auto Show. The Grand Touring appears to be a replacement for the Touring version. Incidentally, "touring" is the German word for station wagon.
Typical BMW proportions, four doors with frameless windows, a coupe-style, gently downward-sloping roofline and a large, automatically opening and closing...
Whoa... wait a minute. What's this "downward-sloping roofline" crap?

Americans are so scared of buying station wagons (unless you call them a crossover) that BMW has followed the path of least usefulness. Covering a cargo area with a "downward-sloping roofline" makes about as much sense as... well, a prep school parking lot full of SUVs.

I give.

Own the King of Cool's Pickup Truck

Sharing this from our sister site, Places 2 Ride:

Interesting finds here are not always of the two-wheeled variety.

Consider this, definitely a four-wheeled vehicle, that is currently up for auction. It's a Chevy truck once owned, driven and used by the King of Cool. Yes, that would be none other than Steve McQueen.

The truck has been recently refreshed with new paint, wooden bed, newer electrical system, etc. And it includes a very legit looking pink slip from a Steve McQueen. So it's not a motorcycle- but in my opinion it is definitely motorcycle-related!

1941 Chevrolet Pick Up

And maybe the best part- a portion of the proceeds will even benefit The Boy’s Republic School in Chino, California, a cause still supported by McQueen’s family to this day.
